When we talk about the rights in the welfare of the people then we will think whether the people of Indonesia are already prosperous? That's the questions that always comes to us all thinking. In a welfare state in Indonesia are still many people who do not get their rights as citizens of Indonesia with decent. There are still many people who do not get good service by the government that's the problem for the citizens of Indonesia that led to welfare inhibited. The problems that can cause delays in the welfare of the citizens due to shortage of work less and do not have the skills to work, so residents will experience obstacles in their welfare. The government should provide land for training or learning of skills in the work so that the people can have a job with a skill that is owned.
